Are you a conflict avoider or a conflict-driven person? Are you good at negotiating? How do other people think you handle conflict? In the workshop 'Conflict Management', Organizational Psychologist Jasper C. Vogel will tell you all about the psychological background of conflicts. Thereafter, you will play a game in which you will experience a negotiation situation and work on effective tactics to resolve group conflicts. These skills are applicable in day-to-day situations, as well as in professional settings. 

The workshop will take place on Thursday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m. in Blackboard Collaborate via the Nestor page of ARCS 2. If possibly try to join (at least in part). It is a unique offer! This workshop is organized for ARCS2 students, but other students can also attend. However, ARCS2 students will have priority.
