Dear first-year Pharmacy students,

This year, we are unfortunately not able to organize a First-year Introduction Camp. Nevertheless, we are doing our best to give you the best introduction possible to Pharmacy and student life in Groningen!

Instead of the camp, we are organizing two days of fun activities! Saturday September 5 will be the ‘Tour du Groningen’. This day is dedicated to getting to know the city of Groningen and the student life. It will take place from 11 am till 5 pm. In small groups, you will visit the hotspots of Groningen, like the Noorderplantsoen and the Martinitoren. You will also get to see student homes from the inside. In total, together with your group, 15 places in Groningen will be visited, all a walking-distance apart. By visiting these places, you have the possibility to earn letters, which will eventually form a word. So, besides getting to know the beautiful city center, you will also play a game and compete against the other groups. A lunch and a goodie bag is provided to you on this day! During this dat you will also get the possibility to find your lab coat size and order the labsupplies for you first practicals. You can pick up your order during the first-year lunch on September 14.

On Sunday September 6, an online escape room has been planned. Together with your group, you will be able to attend this online activity from your home. The mystery is exciting and will test your detective skills. This activity will be from 14:30 to 17:30!
