On Monday the 15th of March from 13:00-15:00 h, the Workshop Motivation will take place. Registration for this workshop is anonymous.

NOTE: You can get a free lunch if you participate in this activity. You can choose between the 'Bartjes' sandwiches of the assortiment of Bakker Bart, without extra toppings. If you want a sandwich, you have to sign up before Thursday the 11th of March 12:00 h and fill in your choise in the remarks!

Workshop description: 

Away with that treshold! 

A treshold to start with studying is familiar with many of us and the mountain of all the things that need to happen seems to get higher and higher. First have a nice evening and watch some episodes of your favourite TV show and then we will see further.. Especially during this lockdown period, it is hard to motivate yourself. 

In this workshop we will discuss what can get you moving again. The coach will look together with the audience for the solution, but also what motivates you in a balance between study and student life. Goal orientation, motivation and personal development are the thread of this workshop.
